We contracted with this company to have our basement finished. We had never worked with them before. They did a fantastic job in every aspect. [redacted] and his whole team are easy to work with and were able to accommodate all our requests. They are professional, courteous, and very good at what they do. Our basement has turned out far better than we expected. It looks amazing, probably even nicer than the rest of the house. And all of this was done for a reasonable price, much less than other quotes we got. Overall we are highly satisfied and would most certainly recommend them to our friends.

Review: There was a holiday special on some boots through this company's Facebook account. They had the option to put them on layaway and make payments. I put half of the money down in order to get the sale. I decided not to get the boots and when I asked for a refund of my money, the company refused saying that their policy did not allow for refunds. I checked their Facebook account for any such policies, and found that there were none. I contacted them several times, and each time they refused to issue my refund. They then stated that the shoes were a special order and that I could not receive a refund because of this. I was never told that they were a special order, and their policy was not listed anywhere, or I never would have gone through with the sale. I was told that I was not allowed a refund OR an in store credit. They have taken my money, sold the boots elsewhere, and will not refund me. In short, they've taken my cash under "policies" that are not listed on their site, did not disclose information on them being "special orders," and refuse to do anything about it.Desired Settlement: All I am asking for, is a refund of my cash that was put on the boots for layaway. I never received any product or any service and after the way the company treated me, I will not purchase anything through them, so an in-store credit is pointless.

Shortly after a hailstorm in the area, we had [redacted] from D & K Builder's, out to inspect our roof. Not only did he tell us we needed a new roof, but he also was available when our insurance adjustor came out to inspect the roof. Our insurance adjustor initially did not want to replace our roof, but [redacted] took the time to point out the damage and stood up to our insurance adjustor for us in an area we knew little about. That solidified our decision to hire them, because without that, we may not have got a new roof. They were very timely and prompt with their service and replaced our roof in just a little over two days. It looks great and they did a quality job. Our property was also entirely cleaned after the work was completed. They have done some additional work for us as well, including painting of trim and installing trim around the windows. We are very happy with their work and them as a company and we would highly recommend.
