In response to complaint # [redacted] , we have a signed work order that states item left beyond days will be forfeitedWe last heard from Mr [redacted] on December 12, He did not contact us until February 11, That is well beyond the day periodAs the attached paperwork shows, we attempted to contact Mr [redacted] multiple times with the contact information he provided and sent an email on January 13, warning that the computer would be forfeited if no one contacted us by January 20, On January 21, the laptop was stripped of parts, the hard drive removed and the data was destroyed.Consequently, we are no longer in possession of Mr [redacted] 's laptop or data

I am rejecting this response because I never received the message that my wife's laptop was to be destroyedThey had my addressThey could have notified me via mail, but they chose not toThe last time I had heard from the Computer Doctors, I told them that I wanted to move forward with the repairYes, the laptop was left there over months after last speaking with them, but it was there months before tooThe reason why is because they said that I could leave it thereTheir decision to dispose of the property was careless, and it has cost my family a price that can not be repaid
