The customer was showed various products that matched her search,. She made a purchase on May 7, 2014. She was informed of our exchange policy and that while the company cannot accept returns, we will exchange and item with in 14 days of purchase with receipt and packaging if the item is defective. When the customer brought the item in on May 16th, 2014, it was tested an deemed in 1005 working order. The associate explained that in order for them to do anything further, they would be required to involve a manager. The associate offered for her to return when a manager was present, or contact our corporate office, and provided her the number. While the  complaint states that the customer attempted to call us twice, she failed to make contact, and there was no voicemail for us to return. While it is outside the 14 day period, we would be happy to honor the exchange policy. The customer is welcome to contact us, and I will be happy to assist her. Review: I went to Suzies to purchase some adult novelties on May 6, 2014. The two employees working the evening shift were implying to me that in order to obtain the desired result I would need to exceed my set budgeted price of $30 and would need to at least spend $50. The employees customer service was inadequate leaving me with the impression that if I didn't spend an upwards of over $50 there were not going to assist me. As I looked at more and more novelty options the prices were steadily increasing however, I was not impressed with the products and the reason I was given was because the batteries they were using to demonstrate the novelties were used and the products would work better at home. I was so frustrated that I left without buying any new novelties. The next day I spoke with [redacted] the store manager and explained how frustrating and unhappy I was with the service, he apologized and offered me %15 off any item as good faith and restore customer satisfaction. I am a regular at this store. I purchased a product that retailed at $69.99 thinking that for this price range, I should be able to achieve the desired results. I used my 15% off and left paying $64.03. I used the product once and after 30 minutes of use it became extremely hot and shut off. There are two areas where the material is separating. I only used the product one time and took it back within the exchange period. The employees working Friday, 5/16/2014 explained the product is not defective because it has not completely separated and that the reasons for the separation were my fault, additionally I should have already know that after 30 mins of use the product would have an auto shut off. The product did not list special care and handling. The employee suggested I call the corporate office, which I did, twice on Friday, 5/16/14. Once shortly before 5pm and again after 5pm. I have not received a response. I'd like a full refund for this non-reliable product.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, furthermore I think that all novelties should include special care and handling instructions to eliminate the immediate putting the product failure on the customer
