Suzor electronics is unreliable and unprofessional. We were given a window from 1-5pm for them to show up for a repair and they not only didn't show up they didn't even bother to call! When I spoke with the owner she gave an excuse of being to busy because of a snow storm. The storm was several days prior! It would have taken her all of 30 seconds to be resentful enough to cancel the appointment!

Poor service!!!

Washer service done on 7/11/14. Problem w/washer after, called weekly leaving messages and no return call. I paid promptly at time of service.Poor quality of repair and failure to return any calls in regards to washer repair.Job# :XXXXXDate: 7/11/2014Repaired Item: LG washer, model [redacted]Assigned to: [redacted]Cost for repair that damaged washer: $268.75Payment: Personal check and was cashed.Note that the Check total was for $445.38 since it also included the oven repair work, Job #XXXXX.On May 15, 2014, the owner [redacted] was doing a repair on my oven and heard the washer running and commented that the bearing in the tub was starting to fail. At this point the washer was working fine, with the exception of a slight noise from the bearing. Asked me if I wanted the repair quoted and mentioned that the inner tub is probably still under warranty, so I said yes. He called me the following week with what my cost would be for the repair and that he needed to order the parts. Also confirmed that one of the parts (inner tub) was under warranty. On July 11, he completed the work on the oven that he previously started and at the same time his technician repaired the washer.A few days later the washer started failing with the inner tub that they repaired and I called and left a message. No return call. I called again the week of 7/21 and left a message, and still no call back. Both of those times I got their answering machine after repeatable calling to get a live person, but always a machine. Called on Monday August 4th and finally talked with a live person. I stressed that I needed a call back from [redacted]. Still no response. At this point, since I was not getting any service, and the washer was non-functional due to an inferior repair, I had to purchase a new washer.My out of pocket cost for this useless repair that made the washer now completely non-functional was $268.75, and now I need too spend even more to purchase a new washer since we can not go any longer.I have used this company for 10+ years and have always paid them immediately upon service and now I get this type of treatment as a loyal customer.Desired SettlementI am looking to get my cost for this repair refunded, which was $268.75Business Response My apologies to the customer. He seemed very happy with our service. We had a few messages regarding his machine but he never left any indication of what was wrong with the machine. Further, as a small business, we were closed during the time this all happened for the death of my Father in Law. The messages did not seem urgent at the time due to no real complaint given. Before I could respond to his calls, he called again and told us not to come that they bought a new machine. Since I offer a repair warranty, I do honor our work. It is not possible to do this in this situation because the customer discarded any proof of a further defect. We do not work for free. I am willing to refund this customer the amount less an hours labor to work on his machine. That is $208.75. I would have preferred to honor our work but time was just not available for this apparent emergency to the customer.

They promised to return & fix fridg. Said it would be 7-25-13. I took the day off & lost a days pay, I called prior night, they never called or showedSee above Desired SettlementI want the unit fixed - The service tech said it would be for parts only and not a service call. I just want it right and be done with company. Also want my lost wages reimbursed. Business' Initial Response The customer was told "probably by the 25th but the office will call to confirm." We always call when on our way to a scheduled appointment. The office did not call because the part had not arrived. The part came in on the next day but the customer refused service. He told my office that it is not the part we diagnosed. They are gone on vacation now. We are going to back out of this repair due to the temper witnessed coming from this consumer. Any money paid us will be refunded. Thank you.Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)As in any exchange there are always 2 sides to the story with fact being somewhere in the middle. I disagree with their comments with log conversations proving otherwise. However the agreement to refund the money is acceptable and we will seek another repair company.
