Suzy Beauty Supply

I have shopped at this store for almost 5 years. Today I tried to exchange an item with my receipt, and the exact bag that was given to me when I originally purchased the item. The clerk looked at the receipt and then opened the bottle and tried to accuse me of using some of the product. When that would not work he tells me that I should have returned this in three days. The product purchase date was 10/26/23, today’s date is 11/7/23. I would think twice if I were you knowing my complaint and you still continue to patronize these people.

Review: I went to Suzy Beauty Supply on Thursday, October 17, 2013 and purchased a necklace set for $ 21.99 +tax (1.76) = 23.75 The signs in the store clearly said no refunds Exchange only. When I left the store I was told no refunds. I had no intentions of returning the set. That was until I was ready to pack my suitcase and went to get the set and discovered it was broken. I didn't even take it out the bag. I saw it was broken. I called and told her the set was broken. She told me "I told you no refund. I tried to explain to her the set was broken and I never took it out the bag. I then decided maybe if I showed it to her she would understand. She was worse in person. She told me I spent 45 minutes looking at sets (which was untrue),and said she didn't trust me. My daughter called the police. The owner accused me of breaking the jewelry myself. I told her I read the signs, but the set was broken.Desired Settlement: I want a refund because I feel maybe the set was dry rotten and I feelthe next set might be the same. I am willing to return the set to the store.
