Review: I ordered items from this company. I requested several times via both email and Facebook for assistance it finding the item. There is no phone number available. They never responded to my requests and have no blocked me from being able to contact them further via Facebook. I have no way to collect the money they charged me or collect the goods owed.Desired Settlement: I want this company to be held more accountable but ultitmately, be refunded the money I paid.

Review: Hello,I ordered a product from Suzy Kuzy mid-December and never received my product. I reached out to Suzy Kuzy and was told it would be sent multiple times and still never received it. I am asking for my shipping to be refunded by them. Is the Revdex.com able to assist me in this? It was through Living Social and Living Social has refunded my money that they collected but I have not been able to get an answer in several weeks/attempts from Suzy Kuzy. Review: I ordered 6 of their beer mitts online, spent $70 with their company. I received a bogus tracking number from them and NEVER got any product. It has been over a month. They will not respond to my attempts to contact them, refund my money, or send my product.Desired Settlement: I gave them a chance to send replacement order and they never did. I want my money back!!

I asked them what tracking number because my tracking number through USPS said that the COMPANY ONLY INITIATED THE PICK UP ORDER BUT NEVER COMPLETED THE SHIPMENT
01/09/at approximately 1:00pm - I get another message from Facebook Suzy Kuzy saying that according to "their" records the package is in my mailbox
SO THE OUTCOME AS I SEE ITI THREATENED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ON WEDNESDAY AND THEY -DAY PRIORITY SHIPPED MY ORDER WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TRACKING NUMBER - This complaint will not let me put the tracking numbers in because the system is thinking they are credit card numbersThe original tracking number shows that the package never shippedI do not believe they had any intention of sending my package to me
Their customer service is awfulI not once received a response to ANY of my emailsThey were just going to ignore me and ship it out to shut me up and keep me from contacting the Attorney General

There is no information available regarding the Tracking # except the USPS was notified about a package being ready for pick up.

I have emailed Shipping email address, no response twice.

I am advising my credit card company to stop payment.

Review: I have contacted this company numerous times regarding products I ordered in December. They apologized and said the order was lost, offering me a discount on more merchandise. I fell for the ploy and put an additional order in early January.

When I looked online to track my order, it states my order is closed. I have not received any merchandise and am under the impression that this company is a scam.Desired Settlement: If I cannot have the merchandise delivered to me within the next week, I would like to have my money refunded by a credit to my credit card.

Review: I made a purchase on 2/3/15 and received a confirmation email including a USPS tracking number and statement that the order was placed and shipped on 2/4/15. I checked the USPS tracking number everyday until Monday 2/9/15 but there had not been an update to the USPS tracking site since 2/4/15. I called the USPS and discovered that only the shipping label was created on 2/4/15, the package was never received by the post office from Suzy Kuzy. Nearly everyday I have tried to email and/or FaceBook message Suzy Kuzy and since there is no phone number listed, this is all I can do. Unfortunately, to date there has been no response from Suzy Kuzy, but on 2/16/15 "Jackie Tree-Horn from Suzy Kuzy" sent a customer service survey. I filled out the survey asking where my order was and still received no response, just a $10 coupon to use on my next purchase.

I've read the other complaints and found that I am having the exact same experience as a couple other people this year and I'm starting to think this 'company' is a scam!Desired Settlement: I want a refund to my credit card.

Review: I ordered a 2 pack on Dec 11th, to use as Christmas gifts. Although it wasn't stated anywhere on the website, I did not receive the shipment until well into January. Also, I ordered two mitts and got only one. I emailed the company twice asking them to refund at least one mitt since I didn't receive it and to follow up on the fact that they were late and I was unable to use them for the purpose purchased. They have not responded to either email, even though I said I would file a complaint if they didn't.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for the full purchase amount.

Review: I placed an order on jan 3rd 2014 and have not received my stuff. there is no way to contact them. no e-mail or phone #. I can see my order on line and see that they charged me around 24 dollars from my credit card. Review: I originally ordered from them before Christmas for two mitts- they only sent one- after multiple emails- I did not hear from them and complained to Living Social( which is who I ordered the vouchers through originally) - which got them to respond- they were willing to refund my original order for one- but then they sent me another offer to have free shipping and an additional mitt(s) to replace the one that I never got. I ordered three mitts- - this was on 2/17/2014. Again despite multiple emails-I still have not received a response to my emails, my order ( #9258) or a refund. They sent me an email on 2/18/2014 stating that it has been shipped but when I look at the tracking number it only states that they shipping company was notified of shipping- not actual shipping done. I would like to know if I am going to get this order and when, or I would like a refund sent to me immediately with the information of the refund sent to my email - ie how much and when it was refunded and to which credit card.From online information that I have found this appears to be an ongoing problem with this company. I have contacted them on 3/14,3/16,4/1 and 4/7.Desired Settlement: Refund or actual delivery of the product in a timely fashion.

Review: I ordered 2 American Mitts on January 23, 2014. I paid for the Mitts and shipping for a total of $22.40. I have emailed this company many times. I received a response in April 2014 that they were sorry and would ship my order. It is now June 13th, 2014 and I do not have my items. Review: I placed an order on 12/17/13 for 2 of the beer mitts @ $10.00 each. I only received 1. I emailed them on on 01/16/14 letting them know and they stated they were sending the other one that day and would email me the tracking information.This is the last time I have heard from them. Review: On December 12th I placed an order with this company and received a confirmation that my order was number [redacted]. The website stated that a guarantee that the order would be delivered by December 25th. December 25th came and went, and the order did not arrive. I messaged the company via their facebook page on December 27th as well as posted a comment on their main page. After still not hearing back, today I visited their page again. The company has taken the time to remove all negative comments from the page, and changed their settings so that people cannot post on the page nor send a message. In order to attempt to get around this I attempted to reply to the message that I had originally sent, but I received an error message because of their settings.Desired Settlement: I would like the items that I purchased, and I would like them in a timely manner.

Review: Ordered 7 Suzy Kuzy Mitts on 12/19. They debited my bank account on 12/20 for $134 Did not receive the product or shipping information. On 12/26, I inquired when they would be shipped via email and received a reply I would have shipping info within 48 hours. On 1/4, having not received the shipping info, I inquired again. No response. On 1/11, I received 1 of the 7 mitts I ordered. I contracted them again via email on 1/11, to inquire why I had only received 1 of the 7 and was told on 1/16 that the rest had been shipped on 1/16. It is now 1/29 and I have not received them. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund and no response. I have posted the question on their facebook page which has been deleted by them. And I have yet to get a phone number that has been answered. Just keeps ringing.Desired Settlement: Want a refund.

Review: I ordered 2 products over a month ago and have not received them. I have emailed the customer service 8 times and received the same email response apologizing for the delay and giving me a tracking # that is invalid. I have requested a call back 5 timed instead of an email and have not received one. In fact the phone number on one of the emails is not valid.

I have requested my money back and have not received this either.Desired Settlement: The business has a responsibility of giving me the products or completely refunding my money.

Review: I have unsubscribed from their emails over 10+ times now. It never works, as I receive another email from them the next day under a new made up name such as today's: [redacted]." (Last week was "[redacted].") Because they send their marketing emails from those made up names, the unsubscribe only removes you from THAT fake name list. You will then receive a new fake name the next day, containing the same marketing email. Reporting them as spam doesn't work because they are using these fake names and email accounts. I have posted this issue on their Facebook page, and they removed my comment and never responded to it.Desired Settlement: I would like my email to be removed from their entire system. I DO NOT want to receive ONE more email from whatever name they choose to send it from -- containing their marketing of products.

Review: Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing to ask for help settling a dispute of in the amount of $39.80 of a total $79.60 that was charged to my credit card by Suzy Kuzy LLC. All of the merchandise I ordered was not delivered, I only received 4 out of 8 mitts. I ordered the merchandise on 12/16/13 . The merchant was to have delivered the merchandise to me by 12/25/13, and the merchandise was not delivered by that date. When I contacted the company, I eventually received mitts but only 4 out of the 8 mitts ordered and paid for.

I have sent numerous emails to the company regarding this issue and have only received 1/2 of my original order. They sent a tracking number that showed that the package they claimed was being shipped was never picked up or shipped... now that it has been 2 months, I do not believe they are not capable of completing the order. I have emailed and asked for them to contact me by phone to go over the details and for them to refund the payment for the 4 mitts I did not receive.

I have copies of all emails if you should need them, please let me know.
