I have no major complaints about the total experience Right from day from design, to build to finishing CHI was a professional company Our reno had many tough jobs that required particular attention from the lead on the job The only negative thing about the entire job was the lack of attention to detail by the electrical subcontrator...but in the end CHI made it right and all was fixed in a timely fashion and without any complaint about doing so

This is my second time using Classic to renovate a room in my home- this time the en-suite bathroom - and they came through yet again with a job well doneI appreciate how upfront they are during the planning and estimate process, as we explained our vision for the space We also liked how easy it was to communicate with our project manager throughout the processThere are always small unexpected speedbumps when tearing out walls and floors in an older houseFor me, it's how your contractor deals with problems that defines how good they areEach of the problems encountered during our reno were dealt with smoothly and with as quickly as possible The workers (plumber, electricians, tiler) that came in were polite, friendly and carefulMy young daughter commented that they seemed like "really nice builder guys!" We had Tony in to do and oversee much of the work, and we were impressed with how attentive he was in making sure that everything was just the way we wanted it We are very happy with our new spa-like retreatIt's an amazing space, and exactly what we wanted!

Classic Home did an exceptional job - it was a real pleasure dealing with Aaron, Tony and their subs for our bathroom renovation. Everything was done promptly and professionally, and the quality was outstanding. The most impressive element was how tidy they were: there were never materials left around while the work was in progress, and every area they touched was thoroughly cleaned at the end of every day.
