Review: I ordered a trial of a product from this company. It took me forever to get it so half of my trial was out before I even got the product. That was not, however the core issue here. I contacted the customer support line to ask them to cancel my auto bill because some unexpected expenses came up and money was tight. They told me that they wanted me to return the product to not get charged. FINE, I dont have a problem with that. They said that they would send me an e-mail with the return information. I NEVER GOT IT. I called the company to see what was going on and they said that they did send it and charged my account anyways and closed my account. I asked them to send me out a return authorization and confirm that I got it so I can return it and get my money back and they REFUSED to do so. It is not like I am trying to get free product from them, I have no issue returning it. They just refuse to allow me to do it. They then send me an e-mail after I get off the phone with them with my cancellation of membership and offer to purchase thier product for half price! Are you kidding me?? I know I am getting thier e-mails because of this e-mail that they sent me, even though they "claimed" that they sent the return information.Desired Settlement: I would like them to re-send me the return Authorization and information so I can return the product for a full refund of the purchase price as they promised.
