Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While the owner? has agreed not to charge for the final "walk thru" he alledges to have made ($80) and its accrued 2-month late fee (25%!), he will not repay the money he stole from my family for doing nothing more than walking around our yard for about minute every few weeks.? No organic matter was applied, no lime, no organic fertilizer, no organic conditioners or nutrientsnothing that was specified in the contract; he did not even manually weed the yard (in lieu of herbicides).? ? This is not a matter of our being disatisfied or impatient with the progress made on a less than ideal lawn, it is that a lovely lawn grew? worse? as the season progressed (despite sufficient water) and suffered from an every increasing amount and variety of weeds and crabgrass.? The lawn had not looked so sickly since a drought in the mid-90's.? ? I do not want potential customers to be exploited like my family.? We started working on this lawn on 4-4-and did work very hard all organic and no chemicals or herbicidesIn our contract we explained how we operate and also asking clients to cooperate and to have some patience, since it is all organic and safeSome steps in the program, have more than one
visit, so when client sees the technician working, does not mean he has not been there before or will be coming backWhen each step was completed, the client got notified correctly and billed correctlyClient wanted FEWER man made chemicals and was looking maybe for herbicides, but we do NOT use herbicides or chemicals at all? The organic products are from nature and yes are not easy to detect, since these organic products colors are not blue, white, yellow or pink, but are earth toned colors.? We have tried to communicate with the customer through mail, email and telephone for the last months, but we were silenced and got no responses, which is not fair and insultingWe have a family owned business for over years and serve hundreds of clients and are always doing the right thingWe are easy to talk to and are always 24/willing to listen and improve, but communication needs sides.We are cancelling this contract and in goodwill waive the late fall charge plus late fees
