Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was promised that I would have the parts I ordered within working days! At that same time I was told that the part I required was immediately available, and could ship promptly Quality Auto Parts has FAILED to uphold their end of the deal Because of the delays created by them I have been WITHOUT my vehicle for over TWO weeks! If this is how they treat the rest of their customers, I am absolutely amazed they're able to remain business I found similar axle assemblies for less, but was regretfully unable to use them I require a [redacted] rear axle assembly I found the [redacted] option on several sites for less than $700, so I'm rather curious WHY what would be considered the "stock" option should cost more In fact it is my suspicion that Quality Auto Parts had factored the shipping costs into the cost of the part already and initially attempted to "pad" their profit margin by charging me the freight costs a second time, and it was ONLY when I balked at the quoted price that they changed their tune As stated in my original complaint, I will NOT be doing business with Quality Auto Parts again, and I will NOT be recommending them to my friends, family, or coworkers Sincerely, [redacted]

This was my first time using this company and they were better than I expected The item I purchased was better than I expected and it was delivered on time Great to do business with

Buyer's credit card was refunded in full on 8/30/16...there is nothing more that can be done...this order is canceled and closed

The replacement part is scheduled to deliver on 3/via UPS [redacted]
