It has come to my attention that you feel as though I have misappropriated your federal refund check. Dear sir like I stated before I do not not have the ability to issue check with authorization and command from the bank that processes tax refundsNor can I receive refunds directly into my account to be disbursed at a later date to clientsThis practice is against the law and could render my company ineligible to practiceHowever I do understand your concern because you have not according to your recollection cash the check
Even though our earlier attempts to resolve this matter did not result in a complete closure, it did prove that both parties did nothing inappropriate
As such I have attached and filled out copies of all the forms needed to recover your federal refund check of $dated March 22, Please sign and date all forms requesting signature and follow the instructions on the Quick Reference guide formAfter signature please fax these form plus copies of your identification cards to ###-###-####
If you wish you can call them to confirm they have received your forms and are working to resolve this issue at ###-###-####I did speak with a representative whom stated that your check has not been cashed so the process should not take as long, because no attempts have been made to endorse the check
Again I do apologize for the amount of time this whole process is has taking but we both all the forms were not filled out complete before by youThen I could not print and forward the scanned forms you did sign legibly
To help ease your conscious by granting you direct access to the bank that is holding your check pending proper verification and submittal for reissuing of your federal refund check for $
Lastly I would hope that once you have contacted the bank and know that they or working on your behalf to recovering your refund check you would be so kind as to contact the Revdex.com and inform them that I have not now nor have I ever had your funds deposited into my account. That process is illegal and something my company prides itself on never doingI wish you well in all your endeavors, but no longer wish to do any other business with you, your brother or *** *** againThis little black mark on my perfect record is very damaging to my companies reputationAnd I wish never for it to happen again

Review: Ronald * W[redacted] prepared my 2013 State and Federal tax returns.However, he has not paid me my refund. The Firm's EIN is [redacted].His Preparer's PTIN is [redacted]. I have been waiting since March for him to issue my check and he continued to give me the run around. Then stop taking my calls. IRS says they did send the refund and it was deposited into his bank account. Mr W[redacted] and SW Accounting still have not given me the moneys that are owed to me for both State and Fedral refunds. I would appriacte someone look into this matter and hopefully resolve or help me to find a resolution to this issue.Thank YouDesired Settlement: I just want my tax refund that I am due as was promised. It is unlawful for him to withold it.
