Review: I feel awful filing this complaint on a store, However since I was cheated with my purchase and the store does not want to honer my complaint, I'm left with no choice, my intention is not to hurt anybody only to recover my loss.

I purchased a [redacted] shoe for $300.00 in July 2013 . I wore the shoe for 2 days and the metal buckle on the front fell off. I returned to the store and they informed me that its not there responsibility. but they will contact the company and let me know if something can be done, I was quite disappointed with their response.

After a couple of days I received a call that my shoe was repaired by [redacted] and my shoe was ready to be picked up. I picked up the shoe (it looked glued by a local shoe repair) and wore it for 2 days and the buckle fell off again. I called the store with my great disappointment and they informed me to repair the shoe myself. I did this repeatedly at my own expense. Every time I repaired it I would have to leave the shoe for 1 week and would only be able to use it for 1-2 days.

I tried calling the store several times, however I was informed that I must speak to the manager, which is only in the store on Sundays for several hours which I missed since I do work full-time including Sundays.

Approximately 2 months ago I returned the shoe to the store and was informed that the [redacted] would call me. After 6 weeks I haven't heard back from them I called and was again informed that I must get in contact with the [redacted] only.

This past week I called and did manage to speak with the [redacted] he informed me that he would try to contact the company to which I informed him that I was told this back in July shortly after I purchased. He then banged the phone down at me.

I am a recurring customer and did not expect to be treated like this.Desired Settlement: Refund
