Please let me say that I am very sorry that Ms. [redacted] had to deal with so much confusion and trouble with this account.  I would like to inform her/Revdex.com that the problem has been resolved and her account has been taken care of.  The account has been cleared out.  I hope that you/Revdex.com will accept our sincere apology.  
 
I had previously faxed copies of her payments to us, but they were never posted to the account, I resent those to the billing office after I received this letter, so therefore there should be no more problems.
I am sorry that I am late in responding to you, but I went a head and done this also, so that it could be taking care of.
