Review: This company is listed on the [redacted] Embassy's website as a company that can help process Visa applications to [redacted]. I received an e-mail that acknowledged receipt of funds but then when I did not hear anything again for 5 business days, I got anxious. I already bought a ticket and did not want to miss the travel date. I called them many times on all their listed numbers ( ###-###-#### and ###-###-####,[redacted]) and was never able to speak to a live person. I either got a fax tone or a full voice mail that would not allow me leave a message. I decided to go to the [redacted] embassy myself. Within a few hours I was able to renew my passport to travel and thus decided to cancel the online application since I did not need the visa anymore. I sent an e-mail to SW global LLc asking for a refund since I still could not get them by phone, I got a reply that said no that they would not issue a refund that I do not meet the criteria. I do not need the visa anymore I got it from the [redacted] embassy myself and there was no information on the [redacted] Embassy's website that informed potential travelers of a criteria for refund. They did not provide the service and I need my hard earned money backDesired Settlement: I will like my money refunded since no service was provided and I never heard from them for 5 business days after application and could not speak to a live person

Complaint Information: The customers application has been paid since July 31, 2014. She should have received an email to what ever email is used to log on to the website. It may have gone into a junk or spam email. I have already forwarded the information needed to print the receipts to the email given.

Review: I paid for one passport renewal but was charged for 2 passports. I sent an email on the same day of the transaction on 02/11/14 and have yet to receive a response. I called on this past Saturday and was told that I would receive a call within 24-48hrs, no call. I called today(busy tone all day!)and spoke with a rude lady who said they had a bunch of calls/complaints and did not get to mine yet. She said she would send an email to tech support and they would refund my $65 payment within 7-10 days, if they see fit. This is extremely frustrating!!!!!Desired Settlement: I just want my $65 refund placed back on my card!
