SW Limo

Beware!!! Tis company is not as professional as they come across on the phone! I hosted a bachelorette party for 10 women. We had a battery explode and strand us on the highway in the desert for about an hour. They offered no other limo, made us wait while they disconnected the battery and let it cool down, then we continued on to our first destination. The blown battery left us with no air conditioning, no lighting and no door locks. By the end of our 8 hour rental, our clothes were drenched, several women were suffering from heat exhaustion to the point where one was vomiting - not from drinking - but from HEAT. Because of the breakdown, we missed both reservations at the wineries we were visiting and had to cut our time short at each place.

The worst part is that the owner, [redacted], doesn't care.

When I asked [redacted] for some compensation back for the inconvenience, he wouldn't return any of my emails or tests. I tried to dispute with [redacted], but he would only reply that there were no refunds and they weren't responsible for any breakdowns. In essence, he made us responsible for the breakdown by not refunding any money back.

We paid for a SERVICE and an experience, and that should have included reliable and comfortable transportation - something we definitely didn't get.

Also, we found he has a less-than-ethical practice of underpaying his drivers. He finds ways not to pay them the full agreed amount for their hourly pay.

I will NEVER use them again. It is buyer beware to the fullest as [redacted] has no ethics and either doesn't understand customer service or is unwilling to provide it.

Beware. Your money is a one-way trip - a risk I will never take with this company. Feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions.

This is not "sour grapes". Please understand this is an honest attempt to help people understand the low level of integrity of SW Limos and save them the frustration of having to deal with this company. Make is easy and book somewhere else.

we are sorry that you had that experience but please get the facts straight. My mother was in ICU that day and died 3 days later. I did return calls and text which are documented on my phone log.You were only delayed 10 minutes till driver discounted 2nd battery so that you could proceed. We did offer you a discount which you choose not to take. Your trip started at 9 am in Phoenix on March 28,2015. My driver waited until almost 9:40am until you left which made you a little late. The driver said that your group was drinking early and having fun. Everything on limo was working fine up until we got to the mountains. The battery failed which was out of our control. Everyone in our industry fights mechanical issues that we cannot control. No different than your personal car having a battery issue. We keep our fleet updated to the best mechanical with weekly checks on all systems. Its no different than an airlines. They do not give you a free trip if something does not work or they are late. We were on time and my driver said you got to see all wineries as planned. The group had been drinking all day which is expected for a girls day out. We had given you a large discount for the trip but you wanted a almost free trip when we drove you for over 9 hours up to the mountains and back safely. Again I am so sorry that you did not have a good time. We do the best to try and please all customers but some customers are very unrealistic in demands. Look at our reviews from past customers they speak volumes. I hope and pray that you will not slander my business any more than you have.
