Swaby Towing & Recovery

Review: I parked my rental car in my community parking and the next morning it was towed. I never got a seven day notice to remove the car. It was towed between 3am and 9am without permission from the office because it was closed for the holiday. And because I was the renter I was stuck with a $250 dollar bill for towing and impound fees for illegal seizure of the rental. Also, My apartment complex is not affiliated with the towing company that is posted on the one sign in the development for towing issues.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed my $250 dollars for illegal seizure.
