Swag T's is very sorry to here about this complaint. In our place of business we have multiple signs that say no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges because everything is custom. The work was completed...

as per her request. Our customers always must pre-approve prior to printing since it's all custom. This was also done for her, she pre-approved her design, it was shown and accepted by her and completed prior to payment. She was satisfied, paid, and left. Later on she came back and all of a sudden not satisfied. I'm sorry that she was disappointed, however  Work was accepted and paid per production. Our line of business is to customize T-shirts, it cannot be resold to another customer because it's custom. Which is why we have our business policy all over so that way there's no confusion. 
Resolution: We value all our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding this matter. If she wishes to purchase 2 shirts the best I can do is to give her 10% off.
