The business has had ample time to respond to this and chose now, for an unknown reasonSeveral messages and emails have not been returned, including a request to explain exactly what "Adjustment" needed to be madeThe device is fairly simple and I see no "Adjustments" that can be madeThey did send a new pin, which I acknowledgedI got the same results as with the original pinThe local retailer has said any refund or exchange would need to be done by Swage-itThe product does not work, they are slow (at best) or refuse to support it or respond promptly (As noted with the delay on this complaint) and then get mad when the consumer exercises their right to complainInteresting business conceptThey have failed to support the product, with the exception of sending a replacement pinWhen contacted and told the replacement still did not work they became unresponsiveThey never provided and adjustment instruction, or I would have tried them

I have been in communication with [redacted]. We spent over an hour on the phone with [redacted] over 4th of July weekend. I notified him of the adjustment that would be needed on his press to resolve this issue. He claimed that he made the adjustment and it still didn’t work for him. I then sent [redacted] a new...

swaging pin free of charge. I then offered to have him send me his brass that he was processing so that I could test it. He stated that he would send it. He never sent the brass and now he filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.[redacted] did not purchase the swager from us. He purchased it from his local gun store. We cannot refund his money as he did not buy it from us. We instructed him to return it to the store that he purchased it from for a refund if he didn’t want to send the brass to us. He didn’t do either.[redacted] also stated that he only received one email from us. I have attached all of the emails that we have sent to him trying to resolve this. [redacted] is making false claims which is not appreciated as we pride ourselves with our customer service.That being said, we would be willing to inspect and test his swager and if there are any parts that are defective, we are willing to replace the necessary parts free of charge as part of our warranty.Mark C[redacted]Swage It LLC
