I have had no luck getting the shipping voucher they promise on their website they will send for replacements. I have emailed them repeatedly without any response. I have tried to find a phone number for them and there appears to be no listing. All I wanted was a new sweatshirt that is not flawed.Desired Settlement: We would like a new sweatshirt promptly.If we can not get a sweatshirt within the next 10 days, I would like a refund of my $25.00.
