Purchased an Xon 5/17/had to send it in for repairs on 7/8/2016.The middle joint connecting the two wheels snapped in half I paid to have it shipped, they charged me for repairWhen I called to challenge their decision the customer service agent said "our product doesn't break like that"The product was being ridden and it snapped in halfIt wasn't dropped or abused in any way These people don't know the meaning of customer service and their product is inferior Swagway is taking advantage of consumers and their management doesn't have a clue as to handle customer service.Do not give them your money, the product won't last and they can't deliver on service

We ordered two Swagway xhoverboards on 11/25/which were opened by my children on 12/25/ One of the units was defective out of the box RMA request was sent on 12/27/ No further action was taken by Swagtron until I sent a Facebook message and then emailed both the "wecare" and "satisfaction" addresses The person responding from the "wecare" address said, and I quote, "I'm the only one that monitors the "wecare" email, whether that's a good or bad thing, I don't know!" Well, the answer to that is YES, IT'S A BAD THING It's bad that you oversold a shoddy product and did not hire the resources to handle customer service after collecting everyone's money While I have finally received confirmation that my defective unit on has been received and processed on 1/6/I have yet to hear anything back on how they intend to rectify the situation It is my hope that they do right by their customers and send a brand new unit with a full warranty and not refurbished unit since it never worked from day one If this mess is cleared up and I eventually receive the replacement unit I will neither recommend Swagway or any of its products to anyone purely base on their lack of timely customer service

DON'T BUY A SWAGWAY!!! It came defective right out of the box!When I asked them to replace it they said I had to pay to return it and pay for repairsThe customer service is terrible!!! The call center is just one girl in CaliforniaShe can't even help or make decisionsShe has to forward all information to the headquarters in Indiana, and they ignore your emails, phone calls and letters! DO NOT BUY!!!

I had a problem regarding an order that I placedI tried placing an order on 11/28/but received an error message for the shipping and billing address not matchingUnfortunately, every attempt I made to correct my shipping address ended up in another pending transactions on my Capital One credit card! Now all of the Swagtron pending transactions has resulted in my available balance depleted to $0.00!!! I rely on my credit card and two days later I am unable to use it due to your order entry issues!
This is unacceptable! I've called and was told that they can't see the pending transactions, "wait one day, maybe wait two days, it could take days"! This is not a valid response! Noone can tell me definitively when those pending transactions will be kicked out of their order systemI only received one order number, which I have cancelledI cant do anything and I am not being helpedUltimately, when this fiasco started I was interested in buying Swagtron hoverboardsAfter this I am taking my business elsewhereI can't risk another week going by without taking advantage of reputable company offers for hoverboards, not to mention my credit limit being depleted!

Purchased a Sway Thoverboard that was involved in the recall Called numerous times after filing a claim No one would ever answer the phone until today(1-11-2017) two months after I finally got a response to my first email The customer service representative told me they do not have any boxes for me to ship back my hoverboard and do not know when they are going to get any Swagway your customer service is horrible and you evidently do not care about your customers I purchased your product and you should accommodate your customers

Purchased Swagway December 2015. Daughter was able to use for about 6 months. Reported issue to Swagway customer support 9/6/16. RA assigned 9/26 stating resolution with 8-12 weeks. No other communication from Swagway until 12/5/16 stating resolution with 10-15 business days. As of 1/10/17 still no resolution or other response. Support hung up on me and supervisor (Susan) refused to accept my call.

We spent almost $1000 on there product and the customer service has been horrible, they keep changing the return time and dates. Making excuses - this has been one of the worst retail experiences ever. We trusted EVINE , we trusted swagway/swagtron. changing your name doesn't help. I would give them -1 if it were possible. We are very upset and I have a home with sad kids who haven't seen there christmas present from 2015 work in over 6 months. Dont spend your money with this company you will regret it.

I paid 100.00 to have it shipped, they charged me 90.00 for repair. When I called to challenge their decision the customer service agent said "our product doesn't break like that". The product was being ridden and it snapped in half. It wasn't dropped or abused in any way.

These people don't know the meaning of customer service and their product is inferior.

Swagway is taking advantage of consumers and their management doesn't have a clue as to handle customer service.Do not give them your money, the product won't last and they can't deliver on service.

Swagway had a recall on one of their products - they claimed it would take up to 8 weeks to resolve the issue. We are at week 15 with nothing accomplished.

Swagway aka Swagtron has horrible customer service. The company issued a recall on two hoverboards I purchased at the end of 2015 and I have waited 4 months for them to complete the recall process. There still is no end in sight. The customer service rep is very unprofessional and rude and basically states that the customer needs to wait until they are ready to complete the recall. They don't care at all that the high end products purchased from them are unusable during this time and will do nothing to expedite the process. 4 months of being patient is pretty good considering they stated that they timeline for the repair was 8-12 weeks. Now, I have waited more than 16 weeks and still no end in sight. Refunds and requests for new hoverboards were denied as well. I will never purchase from this company again and highly caution you in doing so. If something is wrong with your product, they will not help you to resolve the issue in a timely manner if at all.
