I visited this office for the first time in August for a well woman's exam Months later I received a bill from Labcorp stating that I owed $ I called the doctors office and asked why this amount was owed because this service is covered 100% by my insurance The billing coordinator resubmitted the claim and I received another bill later for the same amount I then called my insurance and asked them why I was receiving this bill and they explained the doctors office coded my visit as an illness I called and spoke with the billing coordinator again at Old Town Family Practice who told me that she will not resubmit a third time Now I have a collections notice and the doctors office is refusing to correct their error
