I signed up with swan dust control for the floor mat service which is every two weeks. I have sold my business and the new owner does not want swan dust service any longer due to them not have all the idea she needs for her store. The new owner has got in contact with another company which offers everything she needs and has signed a contract with them hence I got in contact with swan dust to cancel my service due to not being the owner of the business any longer but I was told that I will be billed $440 for a cancellation fee which I think is not fair whats so ever, if on the other hand I remained the owner I would have no reason to cancel.

accepted the terms of a 36-month Service Agreement on March 5, 2018. *** is now requesting early discontinuation of services. The Service Agreement provides for this and in part reads:
5. DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICES. The customer has the right to cancel this agreement at anytime. However, the customer acknowledges and agrees that his breach of this agreement by wrongful termination or reduction will result in substantial damages to the Company. In the event of wrongful termination; a) The Customer shall pay to the company an amount equal to fifty (50%) of the average weekly rental charges during the previous weeks of the contract period multiplied by the number of weeks remaining in this agreement. b) In the case where the Company has made a special purchase specifically for the use of the Customer, The Customer shall pay the actual cost to the Company of purchasing each item. c) If the customer terminates this agreement due to a price adjustment, the customer is responsible for paying a penalty equal to fifty (50%) of the remaining balance of the rental agreement.
