Most unprofessional business owner and staff I have ever dealt with! They do not honor their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee or their online ordering service. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. The Christmas Cactus I ordered online that stated it blooms every year at this time (so my message to my friend was "when your plant blooms this time each year know it's G brightening your day", however, nothing even comparable to a Christmas Cactus was delivered. A green leafy house plant with no visible flowers was delivered to the wrong address. The cactus I ordered was not delivered to the funeral but to the home of the relative, even after the change of delivery addressed was confirmed. They showed no remorse for the mistake and offered a $5 credit towards a future purchase (which I informed them there will be no future purchases regardless of a credit). This is honestly the worst small business I have ever dealt with. This is the first Revdex.com complaint I have ever filed but I was treated so poorly, I felt the need to inform others before they experience a situation similar to mine. The owner's exact words to me were "Shut up and listen and you might hear what I said correctly!" He then hung up on me. He said this because what he originally told me was quickly reworded differently and I had him on speaker phone for my husband to also hear.
