Hi [redacted]. I'm sorry I didn't get to this earlier as I must have missed it in my email. Revdex.com sends me many spam emails and I rarely open them to read.  I just received a letter in the mail today from the Revdex.com and was able to find your complaint on our Revdex.com platform. To my knowledge the "access door"...

 issue has been resolved. If it has not, please let me know and I will take care of it ASAP. As far as the rebate concern you have I talked to Matt as well as the office staff and I was also able to listen to the phone calls you made to the office. If and when  we sell a system that we believe will qualify for rebates there is a process the sales person or technician has to follow in order to notify the office staff to start the process in getting rebates. We never promise anyone any rebates because we know that often the rebates are declined by the utility companies offering the rebates. Matt claims that he did not tell you that you would receive rebates and that you called in after the project was complete asking about rebates. We process 100's of rebates every year and I have no interest in mis-leading any of my customers to believe that they would get rebates if they didn't qualify for the said rebates. I've attached the original signed agreement where you'll see that there is nothing mentioned about rebates for the system you agreed to purchase for installation in you home. If we promised you rebates I'll be happy to pay you the $1,000 your requesting. Feel free to call me anytime so we can discuss this further.Thanks, Tim Swan
