Words can never fully capture what it means to lose someone one loved, and certainly no amount of time will allow one to forget what they meant to him or herI lost my father on January 8th, 2016, and Ron as Swan Law was wonderful during this difficult timeHe not only provided comfort, but helped do everything in his power to ensure the process wasn't too burdensome on our pocketbooks eitherHis help with obtaining the DD-my father needed to get military honors was instrumental and timelyHis swift actions when I needed him are greatly appreciated for years to comeRon had stayed with us, even when we ultimately decided to transfer the body to [redacted] for the cremation, and provided tremendous supportWhenever I reached out, he was quick to respond, and take swift action, even after hoursFor instance, he even stayed after the funeral home at closed so that I could pick up the urn, which turned out exactly the way I wanted it., among many other actions
When my husband passed away this month, myself and a nurse from [redacted] Hospic tried to get a hold of the funeral home that my husband had made his arrangements withAfter hours of not being able to get a hold of this place, [redacted] Hospic contacted Swan Funeral Directors and within the hour they were at my house to pick my husband up I decided to use Swan Funeral Directors at that point and I am so glad I didThey stepped up and took care of every detail but most important thing is they the processes so easy for myself and my family during a very difficult time Everything they did was beautiful from the viewing to the burial I just can not say enough about Swan Funeral Directors or Thank them enough for all they did for us
