Defendant operates a travel agencyOn April 21,2017, I contacted Parveen S***, the defendant for airline ticket to Ghana , traveling December and returning December for me and my wife.He search flight and called me to tell me he could book me on Brussels air for $2,for my wife and II transfered the funds from my bank account at TD bank to his bank account also at TD bank for the settlement of the fareParveen sent me a confirmed itineraryOn December 4, I called Parveen to check our reservationHe assured me that all was set for our flight on December My wife and I arrived at t JFK airport on December20, with all our luggage and the itinerary Parveen emailed me only to be told by Brussels air that, we have no reservation and the was no ticket in the system in relation to usFrom the airport I tried to call Parveen for explanation and interventionHe would not answer his phone even uptil this moment (12/21/2017) at 6.32pm when I am writing this
