As part of our excellent customer service we offer delivery shipping as well as in store pick up. Our policy states that all online order requesting in store pick up please call us after making the purchase so that we can put your order aside and not ship the items. This particular customer waited until the following day to contact us. Because we pride ourselves on our quick response and turnover time we shipped her item right away and provided instant tracking information to the email she provided. She contacted us to discuss her concerns but she became irate over the phone and began to curse, as a professional business owner I deal with customers daily and her tone of voice and slandering was much uncalled for. I tried to calm her down and inform her that her package was shipped and she would need to contact the post office if it did not arrive within the 2-3 day delivery window. I personally checked the shipping status online and it stated the package was delivered. 2 weeks later the customer contacted me indicating that she did not receive her package, I asked her did she contact her local post office, she replied in a nasty tone that it was not her responsibility to track the package because she requested to pick up in store and that her missing package was on us. We again explained our policy she once again became irate. I then offered her a discount on her next purchase she declined and stated she wanted her money back. I told her that I could not do so as the status of the package to her address she provided states that the items were shipped. If she would like a refund she should contact her bank and so she did and was refunded her money.

Review: I went into the store because at the time they had a special for valentine day. I spoke to an employee and she explained to me that since at the time they didn't have the hair I wanted, I could order it online to still receive the item with the special discount and to write "pick up in store" in the comment box since I told her I would rather come back to the store to pick it up. Days and weeks went by and I realized I still haven't received any call or product being that she told me the company would call me once my item has been dropped off to the store. One day I randomly checked the post office status and it read "delivered" yet I still received no product. I contacted the store firstly complaining that I never asked for my product to be delivered/shipped out then complaining that it said deliver and I never received anything. He went on to say "I am not in charge of deliver take that up with the post office that's not my problem". He was rude and nonchalant about the whole situation. Did not care to assist, help me find out where my product was or would ensure to be able to send me another one. The customer service sucks here and I ordered this product in February and it is now May and I still have no product and lost my money to the company. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Save your time and money! I also called my bank to retrieve the money from them since I never received a product and they refunded my money then he sent my sister a nasty text saying "If you go to the bank and get your money I will get it back believe that". You call yourself a manager? I am highly disgusted and again do not recommend this place at all!Desired Settlement: I want a refund on the product that I never obtained. I originally asked for it to be picked up in store never delivered or shipped out to me and because he ignored my request, shipped it anyway, and now I lost my money to him and still received no product I want my money back. I tried to come to mends in hope of a replacement or assistance to find my product but he was rude and to no help at all and again for that very reason I just want my money back. No replacement just my hard earned cash.
