I purchased a swan DVR model Pro Series 960H with channelsThe DVR came with four cameras, and I bought four more for a total of eight in November 2013, and installed it in my homeIt worked well for about a little over a year when it started to have problems, like failing to replay, and backupThe hard drive wouldn't stay formattedI spent hours and hours with tech support on the phone to try and resolve the problemsTech Support advised to install a new new transformer for the power supply, then they offered an upgrade the firmware, and then they told me to install a new hard drive, and despite it all the problems persistedI finally got so worn out trying to get the system to work properly I purchase a new DVRAnd on the very day Fedex delivered the DVR I installed it, and now it is sending a message VIDEO LOSS on camera oneNow I have to send a brand new DVR back to Swann for repair, or replacement, and it's a brand new DVR ! Swann products are CHEAP JUNK [redacted] !!
