Moody took mins to look over my nearly sq ft house because he was in a rush to get to the next job I should have known that Jeff Moody's quick walkthrough and his snappy attitude He was very quick to say that he had over years experience and that he didn't need me to tell him what was wrong with the house Moody plumbing's quote was also to times more than other quotes that had a much more thorough walkthrough Other plumbers were also more into what I wanted done with the house In the end I gave the job to Moody because of his Revdex.com rating and his experience in the area I wanted my house done right and his company fit the criteria aside from the much higher quote, his slight arrogants, and the rushed walkthrough I decided I'm not a plumber and I gave him a shot BIG MISTAKE!!
What went to from a $job leaped to over $10,job This was largely because the things were missed or forgotten on the rushed walkthrough I were forced under duress to sign blank addendums,so that they wouldn't walk and cause another day worth of work I also was trying not to get stuck with their work and then fight to find someone that would probably have to rip out Moody's work, because there would be too much liability issues to go off the already completed work
The foreman was never giving any prices for anything that came up That was yet another red flag,but I was again afraid they would walk Even if something had been discussed with Jeff Moody his foreman would not call to verify what was agreed It just got charged even though it should have been part of the original quote
I left them alone in my house to work most of the day while they were there so I could run my errands After the last day I noticed that they had taken the stash of copper pipe that was in my upstairs closet Most of what they did was pex so they didn't reuse all of that pipe in my house
The last thing that happened was while installing the pipe to the water heater,one of them had scratched the top of my brand new washer They said they would replace the glass top,but never did
Now I am having to go to court to sort this all out Yay me!
