On 7/28 complaint
On or before this date, the customer came in with a newer Camero,  2013 I believe and asked us to tint the windows on her vehicle.  She told us what she had in mind so we proceeded with performing the task..  Upon delivery, the customer was satisfied with our work, signed a project document which states she is satisfied with the work performed and said even she was very pleased.   A day later, she called on the phone and said she was not happy and told me to tear it off and give her money back.  I told her on the phone that I would be happy to look at the car.  She brought it in, the was a couple of bubbles which I said I can easily remove them because the tint was still drying and it is an easy fix.  The tint has to cure in order for the bubbles and issues to come out.  3 days to be exact.  She did not give the tint a chance to dry out basically.  I explained the issue and she said that she does not want it one her car so just strip it off and give her money back.  I then explained that we do not give money back because the tint after use is no longer any good and non usable, the labor involved is ok but then for me to strip it off it also takes labor to do that and then chemicals are used to take to glue off the windows and extra caution is used around the rear defroster so not to destroy it and make it non-functional.  I told her there will be no money available to return and as a matter of fact, the cost to remove it could be an expense to her because of time involved and glue release products.  I asked her to let me work on it again to make it to her satisfaction and in reality, the car looked really awesome!!!!  It look really nice. She then stormed out without letting me put the final touches on her already nice car. 
In short, the customer ordered a job that came out beautiful, she signed satisfaction work order on delivery, then   demanded her money back which in our business, there is nothing to return.  She declined for us to work out a few bubbles which is  very easy to fix.  I feel very disappointed in what happened. We try very hard to make sure everyone is happy with our services.

I am rejecting this response because: The car looked horrible or I would have not asked him to take it off. I took my car to another window tint company here in town. They charged my $68.00 to remove the tint. They said there was noe.glue on the windows so the tint pulled off. The tint on the back window was in three pieces and should have been one. Also the quality of the film was not.what [redacted]'s said it was. I wanted him to take off my tint and give my my money back instead he tok my $300
