Review: On May **, 2015, I delivered 16lb load of laundry for cleaning at Swans Cleaners. They lost the entire load of laundry, which was mostly comprised of designer brands. I made several calls over the course of a week, imploring the [redacted] to find my laundry. But to no avail. On May [redacted], I provided the [redacted] with a written notice, itemizing the lost items with their costs, totaling to $960. I requested compensation for the lost items, since I needed to repurchase clothes for work. 3 weeks later, I have not received my clothes or compensation.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my clothes back as soon as possible. If, for whatever reason, that is not possible, I would like to be adequately compensated for the loss.
