On Saturday June 11th at 3:15pm we called this business to make sure they were open and to find out where they were located. The receptionist said they were open and told us where they were located. We told her we were on the way with a patient. When we arrived at 3:45pm the doors were locked and the parking lot empty. This caused my husband prolonged pain and additional stress. Both the website and the front door clearly have the hours displayed at closing at 5pm. I have left messages twice and wrote an email explaining our complaint and asking for the office manager to contact me. Nobody has returned any of my calls or my email. I do not think this was ethical medical practice especially since they knew we were on our way.Desired SettlementI want an explanation for how this could happen and be medically ethical.
