final resolution of her matter with the IRS in her bankruptcy case. [redacted], owner and partner of [redacted] & [redacted], LLC personally called Ms. [redacted] and explained to her that the IRS can take additional time to resolve matters concerning their claims in Bankruptcy Cases. Mr. [redacted] thoroughly explained the situation and let Ms. [redacted] know what the next steps were in resolving the claim of the IRS. Due to the fact that the claim was based on taxes filed within the last three years the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy would not discharge her liability as to the IRS claim and therefore she would need to work directly with the IRS in resolving the claim. Mr. [redacted] understood Ms. [redacted]'s frustration in the resolution of the matter and assured her that while she may have not gotten a final answer during the waiting period that [redacted] & [redacted], LLC continuously pursued the IRS for an answer to her claim on a regular basis and did so without any further charge for their services. Additionally, Mr. [redacted] assured Ms. [redacted] that she could directly contact him at anytime in the future if she had any further issues or any other questions. Finally, Mr. [redacted] offered to enroll Ms. [redacted] into a program that will assist her in rebuilding her credit after her Bankruptcy case at no additional charge. [redacted] & [redacted], LLC takes the client relationship and experience very serious so we hope that we have addressed this issue thoroughly and resolved it in a manner that will allow Ms. [redacted] to feel that we have provided the services we initially set out to achieve in a complete and satisfactorily manner.
