I am rejecting this response because:I have submitted documentation that clearly states my expectations before I ever met with anyone from Swanson-Fahrney Ford. The signed authorization was done in order to pull credit, but I am on record through this email and repeated verbal instructions that I did not want my credit pulled by multiple lenders, which they ALL stated would not happenThe repeatedly told me they would pull a single credit report, which would be used by all lendersThis clearly was a lie just to get my business, which is why I will not stop until this wrong is righted.I realize if I did not have a written document proving this, it would be my word against theirsHowever, I do have this document.All I have asked of them, many times, is to correct their errorThey refused to even respond until I contacted the Revdex.com, which tells me they do not care about their customers once the sale has been completedIt seems to be a simple action they can take to notify these lenders of their errorI am happy to sign a document that states I will not seek any further action if they do thisIf they do not, I will.*** ***

CUSTOMER DECLINED REPAIR AND ADVISED US THAT A TOW TRUCK WOULD BE COMING TO VEHICLE AND IT WAS GOING TO BE JUNKED THAT THEY RECEIVED 1000.00 FOR THE VEHICLE

Actually the Invoice#FOCSXXXXXX done on 6/2/16 reads-"Test drove VEH and attempted to duplicate concern. Unable to duplicate concern at this time. Ran self test and no DTCS for this concern. Visual inspection OK."
No mention in the invoice of chekcing of fluid level or any reference to fluid level. I believe this constitutes a discrepancy (at the least).
Invoice # FOCSXXXXXX-X/26/16-"Customer requests to replace seals between PTU and transmission assembly per previous diagnosis. Removed PTU assembly, removed and replaced inner seals as per previous diagnosis, due to leaking, reinstalled PTU, topped off fluid level, recheked operation and ok. Rechecked for leaks and no leaks at this time."
Page 361 of the owners manual states that this is a sealed transmission and there shouldn't be any loss of fluid. However, if any kind of problem with the transmission is noted, the transmission fluid should be checked.
Because this is a Ford Taurus SHO, checking the transmission fluid involved taking off the air filter.
The mechanic should know (as the expert) that any problem shifting gears involves the transmission. Any Ford mechanic should know that the transmission fluid should've been the first thing to check in this car. The car had a known problem with the transmission in the past (a leak) and a current problem (not shifting gears) and ultimately the transmission failed (the day after the car was in the dealership).
I have a problem with the fact that this response is not consistent with the invoice given on the day the car was returned to me. I have a problem with the car failing on the road the day after it had been in the shop for 2.5 days. I will be happy to upload a copy of the invoices.

We have contacted the customer via email and let he know we have the oil change certificates ready for her. WE are waiting for her response back.

This message is in response to [redacted] who purchased a vehicle from Swanson Fahrney Ford on 11/27/15. His complaint includes that Swanson Fahrney ran his credit without his authorization.
We reviewed the file of the vehicle that [redacted] had purchased. In the file...

we found that [redacted] had given Swanson Fahrney Ford explicit permission
to run his credit in the form of a signed credit application.
[redacted] originally came to Swanson Fahrney Ford in early October 2016 to look for a vehicle. He gave Swanson Fahrney Ford permission to run his credit. At that time he was not able to come to terms with purchasing a vehicle from Swanson Fahrney Ford.
[redacted] returned with a cobuyer in late November 2016. Since it had been more than 30 days since his credit was last run, he gave Swanson Fahrney Ford permission to run his credit again. [redacted] purchased his vehicle at this time.
Both instances that he visited Swanson Fahrney Ford he gave permission to run his credit in the form of a signed credit application.

Mr. [redacted] BROUGHT HIS VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND RUNNING ROUGH. WE DID PULL CODES IN THE SYTEM AND FOUND MISFIRE CODES P2101 AND PIP5501.PERFORMED FREEZE FRAME AND CHECKED PERAMETERS FOR P2101 MATCH. THERE WAS A MATCH. GM STATE THAT IS IT PART OF AN ENGINEERING...

INVESTIGATION AND NOT TO REPLACE ANY PARTS AT THIS TIME. THEY ALSO ADVISE THEY ARE WORKING ON A SOFTWARE UPDATE BUT THERE IS NOT ONE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. UPDATED CUSTOMER WITH INFORMATION AND HE HAS CONTACTED GM TO START BUYBACK PROCESS.

On May 26 2017 Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2017 Ford F150. At this time he requested
to have his Special Interest License Plates transferred to his new vehicle. On June 12th 2017 Swanson Fahrney Ford deposited fees for the transfer of his plates. Due to the fact that we are unable to process...

this transfer through AVRS our DMV registration program, It was mailed to Department of Motor Vehicles in Sacramento for processing. I have contracted Mr. [redacted] on July 26 2017 to advise him of this process. As well as I have contacted the Department of Motor Vehicles to check status of Mr. Standows registration , according to the DMV technician I spoke with I was told they are three to four weeks behind in processing the Transmittal of Registration Applications. I will be contracting the Department of Motor Vehicles again on Monday July 31st 2017 for another update.
