I called Ron and asked if they worked on car air conditioning and he said they didI dropped my car off Tuesday night and they were supposed to work on it the next dayI received a call at 1:15pm and they said they hadn't started it yet but would do so first thing Thursday morningAt 4:45pm Thursday, minutes before they close, I called about the status of my car since I hadn't heard from them at allNo answerI called several times and they never answeredI went there the next morning at 7am because I needed my car to get to workThe car was in no condition to drive and they said the job was harder than they thought it would beI finally got my car Friday evening and the air condition was cold.....for a little whileIt would cycle cold then warm and back and forthI also saw that they had severely cracked the dashboard, including around the ventsWhen I called back I was told the dash was brittleYou can see where they crudely pried it and dug whatever tool into the materialI had to take it to another shop and they said Swansons missed checking one of the sensors, which is one of the first things they should have looked atThe coolant was also four ounces lowI knew I had taken my car to the wrong shopLater that evening, I was bothered and left Swansons a message that I was disappointed in my experience and that I had gone to another mechanicI did not ask for anything at allThey left me a message to call them and when I spoke to Ron, he asked, "How is this my fault?" There was no concern that they fixed only part of the problem and had damaged my dash where it cannot be repairedHe was bothered that I had left him a message late in the evening, which I am not sure matters to anyone on the planetThis is a poor shop that does shoddy workThey are unprofessional and are more concerned with being right than taking care of their customersThey ruined my dashboard and could care lessI realized how poor my decision to take my car there was after going to a professional shopDon't fall for the shill reviews on Yelp
