My experience with this company was a disaster. My car needed to be towed due to an air bag recall issue, told them to call first before they got to my home because I put my car on the road (very obviously) for the driver to pick up, so there wouldn't be any issues with my new driveway. The driver instead decided to pull into my driveway and drop his tow bed onto my brand new driveway gouging it to the point of needing repairs before even calling. Their trucks dont even have the rollers like other tow companies have. I tried to contact the business owner to talk about repairs and he proceeded to argue and fight with me on the phone. I offered to not get insurance involved, I even offered him two different payment options, with trying to repair first on the low side and a redo high side… but he adamantly fought rudely that he was not responsible. I dont feel like I should have the burden and not expect my driveway to be brought back to the way it was. due to their driver's mistake. It is now an insurance claim. And I refuse to do business with him again and caution anyone else doing business with them.

With regards to *** on July 13, 2020 we were contracted byAgero Roadside Assistance to tow Mr. Infiniti from his residencein Spooner, WI to *** Infiniti in Golden Valley, MN. Mr.requested we contact him prior to arriving, prior to us leaving ourshop, we attempted to call him and received no response. We eventuallysent him a text message asking if we were still on for the tow for theevening. He said yes we were still on for tonight around 6pm. Ourdriver attempted to call him 2 different times, which we have phonerecords of, with no response. Upon arrival, our driver knocked on thedoor, no one came, so he went back to the truck and readied the truck,hoping someone would respond. Mr. came out of the house, yellinginsults at our driver about why we were on his driveway. We found outMr. car was not in his garage, was parked up the road, but we werenever given any direction to stay off his driveway nor was his drivewayblocked. Our bed put some scratches in the seal coating of hisdriveway, which our driver apologized for, and eventually completed thetask of hauling Mr. car. A few days later, after some email andtext conversations about the driveway, Mike Swant called Mr. andleft a message wanting to discuss what happened. When Mr. calledback, he was overly upset, attacking the integrity of our company and mydrivers intelligence, in which I tried to tell him that we would takecare of the repair of the driveway, which was an estimate of $180. Ialso explained that we attempted to get ahold of him, but we wereunable. His response was my driver, dispatcher and I were all liars.Mr. also told me that if the repair wasn't meeting his expectationswe would have to re-seal his entire driveway at a cost of $1500. Iexplained to Mr. or at least tried to, the proper procedure wouldbe to go through his roadside assistance company and they would doproper investigation. Mr. took this as a point of argument and Itold him I would be happy to have the driveway repaired, but I didn'tfeel that I should give him an open checkbook. The asphalt repaircompany, was contacted by Mike Swant, and authorized to go do the repairof $180 in which Mr. refused, he proceeded to seek out my insurancecompany with multiple threatening calls, discredited our company onFacebook, even after offers of repairs were made. My insurance agenthas informed me, that after many rude conversations with Mr., he hasagreed to allow the repairs to happen. We have tried to resolve thisissue from the beginning with Mr., and hopefully the repair willend the threats to ourselves and our insurance company.Any questions, call ***--
