We sold our customer a gas insert in January 6, She told us she would let us know when we could install unitIn the meantime she was trying to get gas line installed on the street where she livesWe ordered the gas insert and it sits in our warehouse until October when we schedule to go install the unitWhen we get there no gas is install into the fireplace, so we cannot installWe talked to our customer and she said she would go with the wood insert, so we ordered the wood insert and stainless steel linerWe returned to install the wood insert to find there was an obstruction in the fireplace where we could not get the liner in the chimneyHer brother was there instead of her and he thought that we were not going to do anythingShe called wanting her deposit back, we explained that if we did not do either unit there is a restocking fee of 25%We could not return the gas insert after days and it had already been months since our first contactWe explained to her she could still do the gas insert as she initially planned but she would have to get propane gasShe agreed and so we have scheduled her for installation February 2, Thank you,
