property, that they act quickly, as we don't hold homes even for approved candidates unless they commit to a lease signing and deposit payment.
This is different in the case of this complaint. We appreciate Ms. [redacted] interest in a home we have vacant. Unfortunately, she did not meet some criteria imposed by our client. She was sent an email (to the email listed on her application) with details of denial reasoning from Waveland PS. The two primary reasons being that: the move-in date was over 30 days away , and the client was not willing to accept multiple dogs.
If she did not see this email, then we apologize, as she should see a similar letter shortly, which was mailed to her address on her application.
As far as the timing, this application was first processed, with multiple other applications, on Thursday February 5th, and email denial was sent on Saturday February 7th.
