Waveland Property Services has many homes that come vacant and filled within 7-days Many times, applicants call with interest but don't get their applications in to us in a timely manner, and another candidate will be selectedWe always stress that if a candidate is interested in a property, that they act quickly, as we don't hold homes even for approved candidates unless they commit to a lease signing and deposit paymentThis is different in the case of this complaint We appreciate Ms [redacted] interest in a home we have vacant Unfortunately, she did not meet some criteria imposed by our clientShe was sent an email (to the email listed on her application) with details of denial reasoning from Waveland PS The two primary reasons being that: the modate was over days away , and the client was not willing to accept multiple dogsIf she did not see this email, then we apologize, as she should see a similar letter shortly, which was mailed to her address on her application As far as the timing, this application was first processed, with multiple other applications, on Thursday February 5th, and email denial was sent on Saturday February 7th Waveland Property Services- We look forward to serving your Property Management needs!
