Review: I purchased a ring on July 12, 2013, stone fell out on Nov 7, 2013. Took back to store to exchange, they had the exact one and right size. The y said they dont exchange them, but do send in for repair under warrant, fine. Girl at counter said 2 weeks, great. Called them back in two weeks, the store owner ([redacted]) says the girl was not trained right and it is 2-3 months, not weeks. I call Swarovski headquarters they say they should have just given me a new one and they do ot have that ring repair number on file. Today is Dec 18, 2013 and I just called the store again and they still have no answer for me on the status of the ringDesired Settlement: I would like a refund of the cash or another ring as soon as possible. The reason I bought it was to propose to girlfriend on christmas day...seems like that is not going to happen

Review: I walked in to buy some jewelry and found what I wanted to buy. The woman helping me did her best to try to find the jewelry I asked for because I didn't want the display one. While she was looking I wait buy the door and out of the way because other customers shopping. Meanwhile her boss grabbed the other employee and was showing her what needed to be done around the store because she was leaving for the day. The boss finished with the other employee and asked the employee looking for my jewelry I wanted to buy what she was looking for and the boss woman in hurry to get out of the store but stuck behind the desk ringing out people then stated "make them buy it on line there are other customers here don't waste your time on just single small sale" I was shocked and completely disgusted with her professionalism. I left the store extremely mad!!! I understand it holiday season but to state in front of other customers and on the sales floor totally unprofessional. I could believe it so I know will not return to that store and will shop at different Swarovski s at a different mall.Desired Settlement: I would like to speak to someone from corporation head office.

Review: My husband and I have shopped at this store for several years now and we have purchased several items. My complaint is around their customer service, incorrect information given and mis-communication. I visited the store on July 25, 2015 to have 2 items sent out for repairs, I was told and I expected that the repairs would take at least 1 month. I called the repair store for Swarovski on 9/2/15 which is located in ** to check on the status of my repairs and was told that my items were indeed repaired and returned back to the store on 8/27/2015 signed by an employee named Alex. The person to whom I was speaking said she contacted the store and confirmed and also advised the store that I would be there to pick up my items. Today 9/5/15, I went to the store only to be told my items were not there and they did indeed have an Alex that worked there but they could not find my items. I was advised to contact the store on Tuesday when the manager returned but there was nothing they could do for me. Of course the repair store is closed because its after business hours now and I have to wait until Tuesday after the Labor Day Holiday to speak with someone.

My second complaint is when I dropped off my items I informed the store to have my repaired items sent directly to me as they have done in the past, no apparently they were sent to the store. Third if the store received my items how come they didnt contact me directly from 8/27-until now.

This is the second time I have experienced a problem with the store and the repair center and enough is enough....I spend alot of money in that store, first their product should be made in a way where I dont have to constantly return for repairs and the repairs should not take 1 to 2 months. I would like a resolution quickly as I do not have my items, no one seems to know whats going on and the communication is terrible. I want my items or a full refund for my purchases.

I will no longer continue to do business with this particular store.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my repaired items ASAP or a full refund.
