Swartz Ace Hardware

I asked Mike, the MANAGER for help finding a screw. He did not understand what I wanted. I was frustrated and said I would go to ***. He said, "Go to ***, and then said, Don't let the,door hit yourc *** on the way out." No one,would give me the name of a superior to contact. They finally gave me the name of another store manager who said he would have someone call me back. I am a 69 year old woman and I do not appreciate this treatment or the language used. I have gone to this store since I was a child and have always received excellent customer sevice. I will not go there again.
