Mr*** said he has discussed this with the customerThe business is willing to complete the project in the spring, as the customer requested, at no additional charge, by honoring the price deal for the customer for one yearThe customer notified the business on 10/25, the night before the job
was scheduled, wishing to postpone the jobThe business had used the customer's deposit to order the necessary, custom-cut materialsThe materials and supplies needed for this specific job were ready, they are not refundable as the materials are not returnableThe business is willing to hold off on the job until spring, but can not and will not be refunding the deposit

This message is to address Mr. [redacted] response.1. Materials were ordered the morning of 10/24/2016 and the order total was $417.97. I will be providing an attachment of the order. In addition when orders are placed for gutters, the specific aluminum color and total gutter lengths are cut by our supplier. After the materials are cut by our supplier they are non-refundable.2. Mr. [redacted] claims he did not request to move the installation to the spring. I will be providing another attachment-this attachment is a screen shot of Mr. [redacted] text message to me on 10/24 at 7:51 pm. To partially quote the text message "[redacted], we are going to wait to do the gutters in the spring". This screen shot will also include our response offering to install the gutters at a time convenient for both parties. 3. Mr. [redacted] is correct I did call him on 10/24 stating we did have an injury with 1 of our installers. We did ask him if moving the installation to Sunday would be a possibility. I also stated if this was not an option we could honor our commitment and perform the installation on 10/25 or at any other date that was convenient for him. It is my belief that Mr. [redacted] saw this as an opportunity to get out of his commitment with us. Despite making his deposit on 9/23/2016. We will always honor our commitment to our customers. Despite Mr. [redacted] complaint and dispute with his credit card company, which was closed and found in our favor.  We are willing to install the gutters as agreed upon at a time and date that works for both parties.  Furthermore Mr. [redacted] has been advised we will allow him up to one year to schedule his insulation and we will still honor the discounted price we quoted him in September.Best regards,1-800BuyGutters
