We replaced this unit under our "No Lemon" policy on 07/12/as the unit had several factory defects that took place in the first few days of operationTo the best of my knowledge this complaint has been resolved to the satisfaction of the customer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is partially but not entirely satisfactory to me I still do not know how to set the thermostat to automatically change from cooling to heating when winter comes Also, I need to see the bill and other documents they promise to actually know if the financial response is satisfactory In particular I need to know if I have received the credit for the humidifier and the $sales call which were promised The only warranty I have been given is a two year warranty on service, so I am glad to know there is an equipment warranty I hope paper describing it it is included in the documents said to be in the mail By the way, I found out a week later that the installers did not replace the pump correctly, the tubing was kinked, and another sales call was required to make the AC operable.Regards, *** ***

All of the requested documentation has been mailed to the customer, including all warranties and their registrations with the manufactureThe humidifier refund and the refund of the original service call (Total $349.00) will be mailed to the customer upon resolution of this complaintAll that is required is to change the thermostat to automatic changeover is to press the "Mode" button until the word "Auto" appears (Heat, Cool, Em Ht are the other choices) and the thermostat will automatically switch between heating and coolingFYI There must be a degree difference in the Heating and cooling set point. I'm attaching the single page from the thermostat instructions that includes instructions for changing the themostat to automatic change over

You are correct in that the replacement air handler was slightly taller than the original and I agree our sales staff should have caught the difference. The installers made the best of the situation and made every effort to get the replacement complete so the customer would have air conditioning....

There was a typo in the warranty paperwork we send indicating that [redacted] equipment had been installed. However all of the official documentation and warranties are correctly issued with the [redacted] brand. The verbiage below in red is an attempt to address each of the issues posed. Finish the Job I want copies of the original contract and final bill, (All documentation is being placed in the USPS 08/02/17) and recompense for the loss of my whole-house humidifier We will reimburse you $300 for the humidifier. The humidifier was removed since the new equipment was slightly larger than your existing  I want to know whether they installed [redacted] or [redacted] equipment and a parts warranty for the new installation. We installed [redacted] equipment. The warranty registration was included in the packet you received but we have mailed an additional copy. In particular I want to know if they installed [redacted] equipment and registered it with [redacted]!!Equipment is registered by model number. One manufacturer will not accept the model number of another, so the equipment was properly registered with [redacted].  I want to know if [redacted] registration gives me a parts warranty, Yes. 10 Years.  as the system is clearly not operating as designed. The equipment was performing to manufacturers specifications when we completed the project.  I want the Installation of the condensate system to be corrected, and an explanation as to why my operating condensate pump and thermostat were replaced without asking me. We replaced the pump with new due to the age and condition of the old one. We were concerned that it would quit working soon after we left and cause an issue. Considering the confusion on the size of the equipment we felt it the right thing to do. The existing thermostat was not compatible with the air handler selected, so we opted to change the thermostat instead of increasing your costs by going to a more expensive air handler.  In conclusion, it is not obvious how to use or program the new thermostat, and the instruction book requires a PhD to apply. Even with a PhD in Physical Chemistry, I have not figured out how to program the thermostat reliably, and am constantly surprised when it does not respond as expected to events and key strikes. I do not know what they could do to correct this issue, but I want to spend my time conducting research in thermophysics, not learning how to program this thermostat (and teaching others to do it when they visit!!!) The [redacted] that we installed is the latest technology and has been well received. We will be glad to walk you through the programming, or replace the thermostat with one that is self-programming.

The team at Swat pest control are so nice. Not only do they do the job right, they are compationate, very understanding, and go above and beyond their job expectations. I could not have come across a better company to solve my problem. They have done amazing things for me in my time of desperation. I will be a customer for life. Thank you Swat for everything you have done for me and my family.

Review: I recently had a service provided by SWAT that I was unhappy with. I emailed the company to discuss what happened with them. They never called to discuss. Instead I received an email that they are canceling my service and sending someone to my house to pick up their equipment. All of which I never approved of either written or verbally. After asking for my money back I received this email from the owner "[redacted],Your service was cancelled by our owner due to the nasty email that was sent 2 days after the rodent job was done. We will refund part of the original cost only. A service call is $95. We recovered 10 bait stations, three of which have been eaten by mice. That means at least 2-4 mice are gone and maybe solved the problem completely! A 20% restocking fee will be assessed. 2 service visits @ $95.00= $190.00 and wasted office time and aggravation priceless. There will be no further communication. A refund check will be mailed 7/3/2014.[redacted]Owner/Operator"Desired Settlement: Originally I hadn't wanted any refund. I wanted to talk to someone at the company and have a new tech sent to my house. However, after seeing how the owner of this company responded I am very upset and physically shaken at the words he used against me. I would like a full refund of 138 dollars.
