To customer service,I, Dennis told the young lady to wait, at the time she had little kids with her She choose not to wait At the time she showed up with know appt I had a care wait The week before this she called I told her I was busy, come the following week, but
call first This is inspection time for every body not just herPlus I asked to leave the car I could get to it in the afternoon of course she said no because of the kids I tried everything to please her but she just left.Thank youDennis A

Ive been trying to get my vechicle repaired for a monthDenis would give me a time and day to come, and when I would come he would say come later come tomorrow and its been the same pattern for a month nowI drive from Harrisburg to Steelton to his repair shopI wasted alot of time and gas running back and forth to hear the same thing againThen on top of that I say ill wait and he doesn't want me to waitI dont understand but it's very bad customer service
