Review: I bought a swatch watch on July [redacted], 2013 in the [redacted] store. My watched started to lose time after 20 days of purchase. I went to the store in [redacted] location to ask for an exchange. They told me to leave my watch at the store for a test, and gave me a receipt that I can bring back to ask for the watch back. I came back to the store three days later on Aug [redacted], 2013. A sales associate called [redacted], found my watch and told me your watch is moving correctly, and gave me back. I tried to explain to her that my watch didn't really move correctly while I ware it. But she ignored me. I kept standing there and asking her if she can exchange for another one, she said she cannot do anything with it, and didn't explain anything or any other solutions to this problem. I realized I went back to the store on the last of the one month refund period, and asked her to get me refunded. Again, I was rejected, saying my watch was worn out. But the truth is my watch was only with me for 20 days or so, no damage, no worn out placements. I kept standing there and explain. She never gave me a glance, except saying "there is nothing I can do. I cannot give you refund." And the worst and most unacceptable thing was she robbed the receipt directly from hand without asking me, and THREW it away to the garbage can, and never gave it back to me without any explanation. It made me angry and raised my voice to ask her to give the receipt back. She walked out of the door while saying "what about we bring on the big bupps..." Then she called the policeman in. At that moment, I felt I was highly offended by this terrible approach of dealing with customers. It is her attitude that made me feel I would never buy swatch again, and I will tell my family and friends to never buy swatch. I am really disappointed by that particular sales Representative.Desired Settlement: I want to get refunded or exchange for a new watch, and I hope the store will do something to eliminate the bad customer services attitude and improve the brand image of Swatch.
