Really a bad experience with them

I never received the item I ordered and paid for. There is no contact phone number available so I used the amazon link given to contact the on their site 5 times and have heard no response over the course of several weeks now. I was notified the item shipped but the tracking info has not been updated and at the moment shows the product having been transferred to USPS but invalid tracking number. I keep asking for valid tracking for a month
I never received the item I ordered and paid for. I placed the order 12/9 and have yet to receive any acknowledgment of the issue. They’ve stolen from me as far as I’m concerned.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have received the refund, for which I am grateful. It is clear, however, that based on the business's response, they continue to willfully ignore the obvious facts of this dispute. If they checked the tracking number and my delivery address, they would realize the item was never received.
