We apologize that your garbage disposal is not working, however the work that we performed at the home was to repair a hot side water lineThis would in no way affect your garbage disposalIf we felt that the garbage disposal was in anyway damaged due to the work we performed, we would happy to replace itWe would still be happy to look at the item for you, however this would not be a free itemI would like to also point out, that we have discounted this job by $Furthermore, we have had great difficulty in working with your strict scheduleWe have done our best to work around when someone could be available at the home from workWe offered to email the itemized receipt on multiple occasions, however you were adamant that you wanted to meet the technician at the homeThe appointment to hand deliver an itemized breakdown, for your insurance purposes, was cancelled multiple times due to your time constraintsWe did actually email this itemized multiple times from multiple email accountsWe even involved the restoration company in insuring that you received the breakdownI do apologize that one of the apprentices mistook your step-ladder for the plumber's ladderWe did however, return that item, on one of the many scheduled appointments to attempt to hand deliver the itemized breakdownWhile we do understand that it is frustrating to have plumbing problems, especially multiple plumbing problems, we will be unable to give you a free garbage disposalWe do appreciate your business and apologize for your frustration throughout the processWe do hope that the $discount given, was beneficial to you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The information given is again untrue I work from home out of days a week and home on weekendsThere are no time constraintsI was told multiple times that someone would come out to my home and multiple times, no one showed upI also called and left a voicemail for the statement to be sent to my email since the company had such a hard time sending someone outI did finally receive an emailed statement once the restoration company got involved and requested it themselvesIt still does not show the cost of the pipes not covered by insurance.Another company came to repair the disposal today and stated the lines were disconnected by the plumber which caused the disposal not to workThe invoice states: "Checked and found wire to disposal disconnected under cabinets from plumbers running new pipes to dishwasher and didn't hook power back upSleeved wire through cabinets."Therefore, the disposal was not a "coincidence" and was in fact a fault of the plumbersI paid another $to have this error fixedI appreciate the military discount given for services but that is not the pointWe had a horrible experience with the company despite speaking with management (Kim and Steve) on numerous occasions and being told that we would be taken care of when that as not the case Regards, [redacted]
