This customer has been with us since but has been a customer that has been giving us problems for a while now.At one point the customer told us she didnt receive one of her productsAfter our investigation we confirmed that she was lyingIf someone didn't receive an item I don't think she would come back to the same company.The next order she claimed that we sent her the wrong lengthWe told her to send in pictures and she didThe customer did not stretch out the hair like you are suppose to when measuring wavy hairWe told the customer to send the bundle back and we would send her another bundle, the customer nerver replied.Then a month later she claimed that the hair was shedding a mattingOn our FAQ/Policy page it's stated that all sales are final and we do not do any refunds or exchangesThe only exception is when the hair has not been altered in any way.The customer used and installed the hair a month before she contacted us about shedding and matting.Please see the supporting correspondence

To BBBYes, [redacted] got the hair late because of the volume of orders we got and I Mercy communicated that to her and she agreed to wait for the hair. When the hair was finally shipped out, she said that was not the hair she ordered. I contacted our ware house and factory and I let them know the... customer said it was not the right product. A few days later another hair was mailed to from our office and I made sure the hair was sent to her as soon as possible. I contacted [redacted] by phone or maybe she contacted me not really sure, but she told me she was happy with the hair but the only thing is that she could not part the hair meaning she had combed the hair and she was trying to put a part in the middle of the hair or on the side. I have never heard from any customer saying they could not part a wig they purchased and that was unusual,because we don't get involved in helping customers style hair, so I told her I would help get in tough with the Lady that was wearing the hair on [redacted] to get more information about how she styled her hair. I also have phone records of calls placed to [redacted] at different time and also email response to her emails. I was out of the office for a few days and I got a text from work saying that I needed to respond to an email and as soon back as soon as I get back in on Friday which I did.I told [redacted] that due to the nature of the goods she can not return the hair and it is on our website. She had told me verbally that she had tried to part the hair which means she wore the hair. When I also talk to [redacted] I told her that the length she got was a 16 or 18 and the lady on [redacted] was wearing 24inch hair.

To Whom This May Concern According to our *** system the card used for purchase needed to be verified which took a few days.The customer emailed us saying that we were a fraudulent company and we respond to all her email saying if we were a fraudulent company we would not be communicating
with her ,also explained why her package was delayed When the package was to be picked up by *** they requested that we should provide a phone number for the customerWe had to contact the customer to get that information.She provided the phone number which was then given to *** and then the package was delivered to her in Canada
