I ordered this month's ago, they took my money, but never sent product. I've tried and tried to contact them via phone and email, no answer.

I searched on google.com for a portable sauna blanket and the website: www.sweatandglow.com were in google's search results. I visited the website: "www.sweatandglow.com" and decided to purchase their sauna blanket for $197.00 because of the website advertising all the benefits from their sauna blanket. But after receiving the sauna blanket in the mail, I realized the website just copied and pasted "the benefits of using a real sauna" and "the benefits of sweating from being inside a real sauna".

The sauna blanket arrived in a white plastic packaging material, not inside a shipping box. The "device"that you plug into a wall socket that heats up the sauna blanket was caved in from shipping and the handling of the plastic it was shipped in. I was very disappointed because the sauna blanket was not infrared and the sauna blanket did not heat up as you would think. When the sauna blanket is turned on and you touch the inside of the sauna blanket it feels like I'm touching one of those small heat pad blanket you can plug into the wall. I tried calling the www.sweatandglow.com contact number that www.sweatandglow.com has on their website, but it continues to go to voicemail. I have called that number more than 20 times during the weekday and during normal business within the past month with no avail. Within the month of receiving the sauna blanket I returned it to the address that the websites states to send returns for a full refund. I was able to get a hold of someone in numerous emails I've sent to this company. I paid for the return shipping and took pictures of the tracking number of the boxI shipped it in through UPS. I received an email from "sweatandglow" stating that their warehouse has received the sauna blanket, and that their waiting to see if I'm able to get my money refunded back to me. This was two weeks ago. SweatandGlow received the package 2weeks ago and I verified that it was delivered to the address sweatandglow told me to return it to in a previous email communication. I have yet to see my funds refunded back to my card that I made the purchase with. My last email I sent to SweatandGlow was on July 31, 2020. UPS tracking stated that the package with the sauna blanket was delivered to Sweatandglow on July 16,2020. Which I did screenshot UPS's delivery receipt and attached it to the email I sent to sweatandglow on July 19, 2020. It should be illegal to have a website for consumers to purchase products that advertise false claims and information of products that that business is selling. Integrity is very important in the business world of today.

Paid for a blanket and never received it. It's going on four months.

Got a sauna blanket and tried to return it. I had no reply to emails or calls. Definitely not worth the money and an overall terrible experiences. 1 Star is still too much.

I bought this infrared blanket after doing research online. I also bought the warranty. It arrived from China 3 weeks later and doesn't work.
The blanket doesn't work. I assume the problem is in the controller box. I've emailed Sweat and Glow about this, and after many follow-ups from me, in 5 weeks they said they sent a replacement. Since that day, it is another month later, and the package hasn't been shipped. They created a shipping label, but there is no progress on the shipment.

I want to cancel my order now! I am reporting your company to my bank as a fraudulent claim. I am also reporting your company to the Revdex.com. Have you not seen what people report about your company online? Your company should be ashamed of themselves. I have reached out several times on all your company's platforms even instagram. This is really ridiculous the last time someone reached out to me from your company was July 9. I order my product in June and everytime I reached out you guys gave me some vague response that never answered any of my questions. I was wondering if there is any update as far as my order goes. I understand COVID-19 and being under staff but I have not heard anything as far as if my order has been processed and WHEN it will be shipped I keep emailing you guys every week and the replies I get are very vague. Should I expect my order not to come this month at all? I order on 06/27/2020 emailed your company a week after that your company responded saying it takes 1-3days to process and up to 14days to shipped which I was fine with, however never received an email saying my order was process or shipped out yet. I then emailed your company again asking for an expected delivery date or expected shipping date something where I can at least expect my order to arrive and received back a very general email stating understaffing and COVID problems and that my order got mixed up at your company's warehouse but nothing about anyone working on it or my order being shipped out nothing about ETAs or if your company is even going to ship my order out at all. Many of the customers that receive the product have missing items cords, remotes and they reship use products. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON SOCIAL MEIDA THE REVIEWS ON THE WEBSITE ARE FAKE!

I have placed my order July 1,2020. Order *** for 177.30. The item has not shipped to date.
Contacted the seller and are refusing to refund me and cannot provide me a shipping date. I am no longer interested and according to your site am most likely to receive a damaged and defective devise.

We greatly apologize for any inconveniences to the customer. The product was delivered to the customer on July 18th and the customer had received a shipping notification/tracking prior via email. Our website states "Due to COVID-19, orders are taking a little longer to process and some packages may be delayed. Please know that our teams are working as quickly-and safely-as possible to fulfill orders. Once your order ships, you can expect your package to arrive within 4-10 business days. Thanks for understanding". This forewarning is located on our website as well as during checkout before any payment information is given by the customer. We strive to be as transparent as possible about shipping, this is why we also send a confirmation email restating the possibility for shipping delays due to the world pandemic. After I threatened to contact Revdex.com my item was shipped within days. It appears it is not stocked and on hand for shipping immediately. But manufactured after ordering delaying the shipping. They were not accommodating to my emails for shipping information and refused to refund me.

I purchased a 1 year warranty and within the 4th use the product stop working. Product also arrived unboxed and covered in tape. No refund or replace
Purchased 5/12/20 order *** infrared sauna blanket at *** and 1 year warranty at *** The package arrived in a tightly wrapped ball, not boxed, and wrapped tightly in clear packing tape. After the 4th use one sensor intermittently stops working. I emailed the provider in May, well within their 60 day warranty and definitely within 1 year warranty. I didn't receive a response for weeks. I was then asked send a photo of the blanket after 15 minutes of use and then at 35 minutes of use. I sent the photos and then they requested I send photos of 5 minutes of use and then at 25 minutes of use. This is nuts. It arrived unpackaged and covered in packing tape, I'm honestly surprised it worked at all. I still have not been refunded or given a replacement. Total sham.

Refund would be nice. Or replacement. Ideally, refund. If they ship another that is unboxed and covered in packing tape I'm sure that will be a horrible experience

A replacement is being sent to the customer immediately and the customer can expect it by next week. Please be cautious of how the sauna is stored, as this can cause technical issues. Ensure the sauna is completely cooled before folding/storing and do not place any items on top of the sauna while being stored. We promise to fulfill our warranty promises and ensure the customer will enjoy their new unit.

I purchased two sauna blankets. When I received my package, only one blanket was included and it didn't work. No response from the company.
I ordered two sauna blankets directly from the Sweat and Glow website on May 2, 2020. I got notification that it was shipping on May 26th. When the package arrived, only one blanket was included and it didn't work.

I didn't even realize that the blanket didn't work until I received one from a company that sent a working blanket. I reached out to Sweat and Glow via e-mail on June 27. I also sent a message via e-mail and left a voicemail. I have yet to hear from anyone at the company. Even if they don't refund me for the broken blanket they sent, they should refund me for the one they never sent.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund. If I can't get a full refund, I'd like a refund for the sauna blanket that was never shipped.

Purchased on 5/17/2020 of the sauna order #*** for $197.00 paid by credit card. I have tried numerous times and avenues to reach the company and get no response.

Desired Outcome

At this point I just want my money returned. I would also like to see that this company be shut down since it is clearly a scam company to steal peoples money.

This customer placed an order with us on May 17th and the package was delivered by Fedex on May 27th and signed for. The customer has the tracking information which has been emailed to her. We greatly apologize if there was a delivery issue or false claim on Fedex's side. With that being said, we are reaching out to the customer to ensure a refund or replacement is sent as soon as possible.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered two of the sauna blankets and due to COVID shipping took longer than expected which was fine. When I received my package, there was only one blanket and it didn't work. I reached out via the e-mail on the website. When I didn't get a response, I called the number. I also sent a message on the Facebook page. I have yet to hear from the seller.

Learn from my mistake - there are MUCH better companies that sell a MUCH better product and have MUCH better service.

Haven't received a package ordered close to two months ago. Called with no answer and never receive a honest answer through occasional email.

After multiple times trying to track the package through Fedex and calling this company, I finally received an email answer from *** (no last name.) She told me that the package was shipped out and possibly sitting in customs. Once the package was on it's way, she would let me know the new Fedex number, which she didn't. Her responses have come through every two weeks via email and she never really addresses what is going on. After a month of not receiving the package, I told *** my delivery address has changed and needed her help with this matter. She never responded to that question. I then asked for a refund another week later, still no response. Called about 10 times after that and nothing. I sent a Facebook message and they responded two days later, but then didn't answer my questions. I'm currently still waiting for a phone call or email response. This is crazy!

Bought Sweat and Glow Sauna product. The box did not work. Sent me another box. Box was defective again. Wont reply to emails. No Refund.
11/8/2019 - Bought Sweat and Glow Sauna Product. *** Found it through FB ad. Payed through my Credit Card. ORDER ***
11/24/2019 - Filed a complaint - Box did not work at all.
Back and forth with someone named ***
12/4/2019 - Sent replacement.
1/11/2020 - Still have not received the replacement.
1/22/2020 - Sent another replacement (guess the 2nd shipment got lost). Also asked about the 90 day warranty because the product had defected and its already been 3 months. Said that it will take effect after I get my replacement.
2/17/2020 - Filed another complaint about defected item. After one use, the metal gear inside the box prevented the plug from being able to plug properly.
Back and forth with *** and ***
2/28/2020 - Said they would send another replacement and will get back to me.
3/10/2020 - Reviewed my video sent and said there was issues with how I plugged into the box. (Really they just didn't understand why I couldn't plug the wire into the box).
4/3/2020 - Still ongoing back and forth emails. Sent another video and images of 'WHY' I cant plug the plug in the box. They did not understand correctly.
4/13/2020 - Sent to someone named *** who is Customer Service Director.
4/22/2020 - Just Requested a full Refund. Immediately responded that they will take my case to her superior.
6/15/2020 - After many followups. Still no response to my request.
Half a year and I cant even use the product. I just want a full refund.

They are no longer responding to my emails, so I just want a refund. If possible, I just want a full refund.

Please don't order from this seller!

I wish I would have looked up this company prior to buying with them. They were a promoted search result when I searched for sauna blankets, and I was caught with a discount being offered.

I ordered a sauna blanket on May 1st 2020, it is now June 21st and it has not even shipped yet. The only email I got from the company was confirmation of my order. When I've checked the FedEx tracking ID, it has been stuck at "label created" since May.

I emailed the company twice, but only got an answer to my later email. The reply stated that shipping is delayed due to COVID-10. While I can understand that, an almost 2 month delay with out updates is unacceptable, especially after they have received payment. Also, every other company I've ordered from during the COVID crisis has given updates and not been this delayed.

I bought this infrared blanket assuming it was a legitimate company. I even bought the warranty. It arrived from China 3 weeks later and doesn't work.
The top half of the blanket doesn't heat at all and there is no way to raise the heat settings.its super cheap and a rip of!

They sell a defective product and claim you have a warranty and ignore you after repeated attempts to resolve the issue.
Purchased the sauna bag, got two uses out of it and started communications with customer service via FB Jan 12 and was told they would resolve the issue. They now completely ignore my messages.

It does not heat beyond a 'Warm' temp despite the temp on the display. It produced no high heat or sweat at all. After 45 minutes on the highest setting. A device such as this with wiring should have come in a box with padding. I wasn't not surprised that it did not heat since placing an electrical device in a thin plastic envelope with tape really is not sufficient.

I placed an order for a sauna blanket that arrived broken. Customer service did not reply.
On May 1st I ordered a sauna blanket from this company. My order was #*** for the amount of $197 on my mastercard. I was given the wrong tracking information and was led to believe the company was based in CA and NY based on their listings. It took 18 days to arrive and came on May 18th, when I was told it took 4-10 days, but I was not told it was coming from China. When the unit FINALLY arrived it was broken and did not work. I contacted them on May 19th and heard nothing. When I wrote again yesterday they told me that they can't help me because I opened a dispute with my credit card company, which I did when they were not responsive and I began to feel like I had been a victim of fraud. In the end, I was a victim of fraud because they are not who they say they are and this unit it broken. I can see that they do this a lot and many people have had the same issues. They say there is a warranty but they don't even plan on honoring it because I reported it to my credit card company.

I am seeking a refund in the amount of $197. They did not respond or offer a resolution and I have a right to report them to my credit card company for selling units that do not work.

I'm so upset! I never in my life been a fool to believe a business can be An up and running Website and be able to Easily take peoples money but not answer emails, not have a real business phone number, and not have real employees Actually working to help a customer out. Not answering me on Instagram but can post memes!!!!!!! They are not available for anyone. So they should be investigated and shut down to prevent anymore scamming of innocent people. Stop it now and credit my account ASAP! I won't give up.
