Customer have been paid in full for the clutch, even if he damaged it out of repair, customer and his shop should have checked the clutch before any replacement was startedwe are not in fault as it is also the customers responsibility to also check fitment before installingYou hold us responsible for agreement that you had, with the clutch-net.com, He clearly said that it was not my fault, but what he told me you started to threat him that you wanted him to pay your the labor from the shop.This starts to look like a stocking and Harassment as you also have posted negative reviews on social media on us, and still we is not in fault! If you did get a wrong part, the issue is between the producer of the part and You! as I was not aware about it till months after the purchaseAs a shop we always check our parts that we repair our customers cars before we install them and you did not! This issue should have been resolved between you and the producer of the Clutch as of your agreement between your self and themYou are charging me for some thing I did not do and did not have any involvement with

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below In regards to the reply it took weeks to even get an answer from anyone in regards to my replacement clutch following a $bill from [redacted] in Middletown ny to install the wrong one that was originally sent to meDid it have minor cosmetic damage, yes it didIt was the wrong partI had additional labor and storage fees incrue from taking so long to get a replacement clutch that NEVER cameI did threaten legal action if I didn't get a reply or a phone callBoth of which never cameNeither want too take ownership for the mistakeAt the end of the day, I purchased the product from swedish autoHe should own up to the mistake and take care of the customerI'm not the first person they have done this too eitherIn regards to waiting on the manufacturer, the clutch was sent back in the beginning of January, between then and now I have never received a call or update on status on the money spent nor notified I will be getting one backIt also doesn't take a month and a half to check out a clutch Regards, [redacted] ***

We Was informed that producer of the clutch was in a agreement with the customer about the clutch, also after we received the clutch from customer it was damaged by trying to install it, Clutch is under review for damages by the factory! as soon we get the answer from the factory, we will handle the
issue with an refund or send the clutch backas the clutch cant be re used or resoldWe was informed that this issue is going to be handled by clutch net directly but we got informed that the customer was threatening the owner and also he was threatening us!! ***

Did it have minor cosmetic damage, yes it did. It was the wrong part. I had additional labor and storage fees incrue from taking so long to get a replacement clutch that NEVER came. I did threaten legal action if I didn't get a reply or a phone call. Both of which never came. Neither want too take ownership for the mistake. At the end of the day, I purchased the product from swedish auto. He should own up to the mistake and take care of the customer. I'm not the first person they have done this too either.
